Country Club of the Rockies Memberships Available!

Country Club of the Rockies (CCR), located within the beautiful gated community of Arrowhead, has a few membership opportunities available. Membership is available not only for Arrowhead property owners, but for those outside of Arrowhead as well. Thus far in 2010, eighteen (18) new families have joined Country Club of the Rockies to enjoy our unique, world-class golf and social experiences.

As a true “member owned” private golf club, facilities are available to members and their guests only – there is no resort or other arranged play on the golf course. The club provides an exciting and fun golf and social “Calendar of Events” for the enjoyment of members and their guests. CCR is in excellent financial health, with a strong balance sheet, positive cash flow and no debt. Following are just a few examples of our commitment to excellence in the areas of service and facilities:

Membership is limited to 350, providing ample golf availability for all members, intimate social events, and plenty of opportunity to get to know and enjoy fellow members.
No resort or outside play
Privileges are included for the member’s spouse and children under age 25, with special guest rates available for other family members
A multi-million dollar, clubhouse and restaurant expansion and renovation was recently completed – all done with no special assessments to the members
The Jack Nicklaus Signature designed golf course is consistently ranked among the very best courses in Colorado by Golf Digest. The course is impeccably maintained and continuously enhanced under the watchful guidance of Jack Nicklaus and Nicklaus Design Company
State- of-the-art teaching and practice facility, where private lessons and clinics are available for men, ladies and juniors from top teaching professionals.
Very successful and popular Vista at Arrowhead restaurant operates year round and excellently serves all CCR golf and social events.
Members have at least 50% equity in their $90,000 Membership Contribution. 2010 dues are $8,750 – among the lowest in the valley – and are all inclusive and with no food minimum. We are a non- tipping club with the exception of shoe service.

Currently, we are offering a New Member Fall Special that allows an initial payment of only 50% of the Membership Contribution, with the interest free balance due on the 2011 payment anniversary.
